"I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip in February and found the accomodation to be warm and friendly. The staff were really helpful and friendly and did everything they said they would. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are clean and bright. Breakfast was really good and set me up for the day. I booked my next stay there before leaving!" Southampton
